I've known Erin for more than two years, and she has consistently demonstrated her responsible, thoughtful, and caring nature. My family first met Erin in the spring of 2020 when she applied, and was subsequently hired, to nanny our youngest child. We are so grateful that Erin came into our lives to care for our son, M. In the past year, Erin’s help has made it possible for us to establish new routines that balance our responsibilities while ensuring M.’s needs are met. Erin works a split-shift with our family. There are days she sees us at a our best, but often she jumps right in to help us manage the days that do not go as smoothly. With work commutes of 30+ minutes in opposite directions, Erin’s help first thing in the morning ensures we are all able to get ready and out the door on time.  Erin has a wonderful way of communicating with our son and is helping him grow into a kind, thoughtful, and communicative little person. He loves going on special outings with her and even she manages to make trips to Kroger, Target and Costco fun for him! Now, M. says they have “dates” when Mama & Dada go out for a date night! We also have a cat, Hugo, who greets her at the door each morning and is positive she’s there just to see him!
